Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2026 Spring Session
No refunds or credits; with the exception of a medical-related issue. A partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pro-rated discounts will only be considered for absences longer than 2 continuous weeks for medical or a family emergency. Send an email prior to the absence to TopPerformanceBasketball@gmail.com providing details along with a doctor's note. Details should include dates that will be missed, reason for absence, planned return date. Doctor's note should include the same information and should be on official letterhead from the doctor's office.
Pay as You Go - Workout
No refunds, credit only. If player will miss the workout, send an email 3 hours before start of workout to let us know. You can potentially use the credit to future Workout within 3 months. NOTE - Sometimes Workouts get cancelled ALWAYS check the calendar/schedule 2-3 hours before the workout to make sure there are no changes. Outdoor workouts - we highly recommend checking before leaving for the workout. Thank you!
Pay As You Go - Games
None.
Rising Stars Basketball League
Due to limited roster spots and gym reservations, all registrations are considered final once payment is made. Full refunds are available if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the start of the program, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued once the program has started. If a player withdraws after the program begins due to injury, a partial credit toward a future program may be issued at the discretion of the program director.
Skills Workout
If you need to cancel, please send an email at least 12 hours before start of workout. Provide: Player Name, Grade, Date/Time of Workout, reason for missing workout in the email. Please note there is no refund for a no-show to a workout without an email within 12 hours before the start of the workout.
