Uniforms

All Full Time Players must pay for the uniform deposit to have a uniform to play in games.

Each Uniform will have:

• Home: light side of uniform
• Away: dark side of uniform

$160 - High School

$140 - Middle School

$120 - Elementary School

*Alternate Players* - do not need a uniform. The coach will provide a jersey for you to wear for games. Please return after each tournament game.

Deposit Credit / Refund

• Return uniform → deposit refunded minus $15 usage fee
• Missing items reduce refund:
• Jersey top: –$120
• Shorts: –$50

Return Process

1. Uniforms must be returned only to Lynn (Program Manager) at a team practice.
2. Email TopPerformanceBasketball@gmail.com to coordinate return. Always include in all emails: Player Name, Grade, Team
3. When you arrive at practice, text Lynn: Player Name, Grade, Team, Uniform #. She will reply with a photo and condition (this serves as your receipt).

• Note: If returned to anyone else, your deposit refund is not guaranteed.

Credit Timing

If Uniform is returned within 100 days of Uniform Deposit payment date

• Credit card* will be credited the refund amount (minus $15) within 2–3 weeks. Note that some credit cards do not allow a credit to be processed. If that is the case, a Zelle refund will be processed within 6-8 weeks.
• Credit to Zelle (minus $15) processed within 6–8 weeks

If Uniform is returned 101-180 Days of Uniform Deposit payment date

• Credit to Zelle (minus $15) processed within 6–8 weeks

If Uniform is returned 181-270 Days of Uniform Deposit payment date

• Credit to Zelle (minus $15) processed within 10-12 weeks
