Uniforms

All Full Time Players must pay for the uniform deposit to have a uniform to play in games.

Each Uniform will have:

• Home: light side of uniform
• Away: dark side of uniform

Uniform Deposits

$160 - High School

$140 - Middle School

$120 - Elementary School

Alternate Players - do not need a uniform. The coach will provide a jersey for you to wear for games. Please return after each tournament game.

Returning Uniforms

You may return your uniform to get your deposit back, but will be charged a $15 usage fee. See table below to see how much of your uniform deposit you can expect.

Any missing item, subtract the following:

Jersey (top) - subtract $120

Shorts (bottom) - subtract $50

RETURN PROCESS

Uniforms must be returned only to Lynn (Program Manager) at a team practice. Send an email to TopPerformanceBasketball@gmail.com to coordinate the date of return. Be sure to include the following information: Player Name, Grade, Team. Location of return will be at a practice; during the return, text the Program Manager the Player's Name, Grade, Team, and Uniform Number. She will respond to that text with a picture and condition of the uniform as your receipt of return.

Note: If uniform is returned to anyone other than the Program Manager, your uniform deposit will not be guaranteed.

Return your uniform within 180 days (if paid via a credit card) amount minus $15 will be credited back to your account within 2-3 weeks. If paid via check it will take 6-8 weeks for a refund check to get sent to your home address. If you are returning a uniform after 180 days, a check must be cut and will be processed in approximately 6-8 weeks.
